Chicago • New York

A different kind of nanny agency. Fostering a harmonious connection between families and compassionate nannies.

Serving Chicago + New York

Taking care of what matters most.

We believe in an approach rooted in advocacy + honesty, where both nannies and families are heard, valued, and understood.

Finding quality, long-term childcare is deeply personal. It's easy for a service like ours to appear transactional, which is why we have developed a process that is highly individualized and person-focused.

We believe in…

Everyone deserving to be treated equally

Developing personal relationships, face-to-face

Authenticity and
honesty

Fostering happy, harmonious partnerships

hey there!

I’m Brooke Blazevich

Owner and founder of Nanny Harmony, offers 15+ years of experience as a professional nanny, household manager, and nutrition coach in the Chicagoland area.

After completing a BS in Dietetics and MA in Health Promotion at the University of Iowa—all while nannying, personal training, instructing fitness classes, and working in leadership roles—it proved to be consistently true that helping to raise young children made her feel the most fulfilled.

kind words

“We worked with Brooke and Bethany at Nanny Harmony to find our House Manager / Nanny and couldn't be more grateful for the experience.

They approached things incredibly professionally and helped put us at ease that they completely understood our needs and wants, and helped guide us along the process. When it came time for interviews, they brought us four incredible candidates, all of whom felt like great fits for our family. When we ultimately made our decision, they helped facilitate the process so that all expectations were made clear and everything was covered. We have been working with our House Manager / Nanny for about a month now, and we are absolutely thrilled with how well she fits with our family and are so happy to have her on our team for years to come.”
