Chelsea McCarthy

lead Placement strategist

Chelsea McCarthy became a Placement Strategist in early 2020. After completing her BS in Psychology and Family Services, she began nannying in Chicago and turned her love of children into her career. She has over a decade in the childcare industry including newborn nannying, nanny shares, and as a lead preschool teacher.

Chelsea also received her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling and has provided counseling and social services at a non-profit agency working with homeless youth. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections and is so excited at the opportunity to connect Chicago nannies and families alongside Nanny Harmony.
