FT Nanny (or HM) in LINCOLN PARK needed *ASAP*! (Thurs-Sun schedule, $100k+ annually)

Career-driven, first-time parents in LINCOLN PARK are seeking a FT Nanny (or Nanny/HM) to join their family, ASAP!

Baby boy is almost 5-months. Family had a lovely experience with a 24/7 NCS through January and we are now looking for a long term caregiver that will compliment their lifestyle/needs. They lead with their pediatrician’s recommendations, they are intentional and thoughtful with their approaches and value a balance of safety, health, sleep, and development. A close member of their family nannies with a Monday-Wednesday schedule, occasionally providing house management on Thursday mornings. We are looking for a FT nanny (or nanny/house manager!) to support them between Thursday-Sundays. Candidates can anticipate flexibility (with proper communication) and provided PTO to ensure they have space for their personal obligations, family gatherings, etc. Family would collaborate well with someone that is both detailed, intentional, a strong communicator and hard-working, while also even-keeled, open-minded, flexible and more so “type B”.

Long term commitment, 1+ year.

REQUIREMENTS: Tap, covid & flu vaccines. Driver’s license, safe driving record. Must have 2-5 verifiable employment references speaking highly of childcare & house-related abilities.

START: Early-mid March. Flexible for the right fit!

SCHEDULE: THURSDAY-SUNDAYS. Thursday & Fridays from 7:00am-7:00pm, Saturday and Sundays 11:00am-7:00pm. Guaranteed set weekly pay for 40 hours/week.

DUTIES: Child-related support as it pertains to meals, laundry. Maintaining a tidy, organized space. Transportation needs are TBD.

PAY: $45+/hour, commensurate with experience. $1,800-$2,000/week, equivalent to $93,00-104,000/year before taxes for 40 hours/week. Paid vacation, paid holidays & paid sick days!
