PT *WEEKEND* ROTA Nanny in LINCOLN PARK needed, ASAP!
Staffed Home in LINCOLN PARK is seeking a PT ROTA Nanny to support 2 weekends per month (Sat/Sun, 7am-7pm) + high flexibility for added hours/shifts + TRAVEL. Starting ASAP, through mid-JUNE!
Family has a 3yo and 14mo toddler. Looking for a mature, active, travel-ready nanny who can confidently work long shifts (12 hrs/day, minimum) while making their own schedule with other staff ahead of time on a monthly basis.
Long term commitment, 1+ year.
START: ASAP, or ideally by mid-June. Flexible for the right candidate.
SCHEDULE: 2 weekends per month (Saturday & Sunday, 7am-7pm) is the baseline requirement with the opportunity to work up to 4 additional shifts/month (7am-7pm). Make your own schedule with the other FT ROTA nannies on a monthly basis.
DUTIES: Engaging with the children, active outings, ensuring children are offered nutritious meals. Driving family vehicle.
PAY: $30-35,000/year (gross), + added pay for overnights, travel, OT for holidays. ($2,300-$2,800/month, $45-$60/hour). Opportunity for monthly health care stipend.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be extremely reliable and extremely flexible/adaptable to work long shifts.
CAR REQUIRED.
High energy and stamina required, as well as strong proactive nature and ability to “read the room”
Comfortability to work alongside other household staff (other ROTA nannies, house manager, chef, housekeeper); ability to work as a team player, bringing a highly collaborative energy to the home.
Must be able to do overnights as needed and travel domestically with the family. Must be able to drive to their residence in SW Michigan.
Must have a demonstrated track record of strong partnerships with previous families, stellar references, 3+ years of professional experience. Prior ROTA experience a plus, but not required.
Must be up to date on vaccinations (Tdap, MMR, flu).
