FT Nanny/HM Needed in Evanston, ASAP!
Warm and welcoming family in Evanston is seeking a FT Nanny/House Manager to partner with them, ASAP!
This sweet family has a seven year old girl as well as a baby girl who is turning one next week. A high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability is essential due to the mother's profession and work hours. Communication and collaboration are important! We are prioritizing energetic candidates who have experience working with toddlers as well as school-age children and can provide the girls with a stable and nurturing environment. Must be comfortable driving children in personal car to and from school/daycare and after-school activities. Fluency in French is a plus as the mother is French, the girls have dual American-French citizenship and they frequently speak French at home. Family also has a lovable dog who requires minimal care.
REQUIREMENTS: Driver’s license and clean driving record. Personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement). Experience with toddlers and elementary school-aged children. Dog-friendly!
START: **ASAP**
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday from 6:30am-9:30am AND 3:00pm-6:30pm. Also, 7.5 additional flexible hours per week to be used for household management tasks while the girls are at school and daycare. Guaranteed 40 hours/week.
DUTIES: Snack/meal prep for children and children’s laundry. Grocery shopping and errands. Maintaining a tidy space and assisting with household organization. Rotating children’s clothing and changing out children’s bedding. Homework support and packing lunches. Driving children in personal vehicle. Minimal pet care support would be greatly appreciated.
PAY: $38-42/hour, guaranteed weekly rate of $1,520-$1,680/week (gross, before taxes) for 40 hours/week. Paid vacation, paid holidays & paid sick days!
