Discreet family in HINSDALE is seeking a FT Nanny/HM to join their family in DECEMBER!

Family has an 9, 6 & 4 year old. Looking for a go-getter, consistent, dependable nanny/house manager with an impressive skill set. Someone that can help everyone function at their best! This role will involve partnering with a SAHM, whether that be spending quality time with the kids outside of school hours or household maintenance/support. Looking for someone that is open, judgement-free, highly-patient, compassionate about childcare and flexible overall.

Long-term commitment, minimum of 1 year.

REQUIREMENTS:  Valid driver’s license. Able to provide flexibility with schedule.

START:  Slightly flexible, within weeks. Ideally starting by end of December.

SCHEDULE:  Full time, guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm standard with 2 weekends (both Sat/Sun) per month (nanny's choice) in place of 2 WEEKDAYS OFF (nanny's choice). Weekend schedule of Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 8:00am-3:00pm.

Example: Week 1 as M-F, Week 2 as M/Tu/Wed/Sat/Sun, Week 3 as M-F, Week 4 as Tu/Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun.

Guaranteed weekly (premium) rate for 40 hours/week but will be paid *overtime* if/when working more than 40 hours in 7-day period.

DUTIES:  Support with the children’s laundry and meals. Driving family car for errands, groceries, pick-ups. Keeping the household organized/orchestrated. Pairing with SAHM to divide and conquer. Homework support, packing lunches. Ideally traveling domestically with family.

PAY:  $40-45+/hour premium rate in exchange for weekend availability. $1,650-$2,000+/week (gross) for 40 hours (minimum) per week. $85-110k/year (gross); commensurate with experience.
