Chicago • FT Nanny/HM needed in LOGAN SQUARE starting ASAP!

Friendly, busy family in LOGAN SQUARE is seeking a FT Nanny/HM to join their family, ASAP!

Family has one 11-month old boy. They are looking for an energetic and engaging nanny/house manager to partner with their family, long-term. Someone confident in working with the toddler age as well as multiple siblings, as they are planning to expand their family in the next few years. Picture lots of narrating the day, reading, outdoor time and adventures, crafts and sensory activities, and play that will help him learn and grow. Mom works from home full time, so great communication is KEY! They would value a caregiver who is highly proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented, someone who brings a balanced energy to their family and feels confident managing and prioritizing different household tasks. Must be very comfortable and experienced with providing engaging childcare alongside household maintenance. Family also has one small dog!

Long-term commitment, minimum of 1 year but ideally much longer.

REQUIREMENTS: Fully vaccinated. Driver’s license & personal vehicle. Dog friendly. Willing to join for occasional international and domestic travel and/or provide overnight care while parents travel.

START: ASAP, with flexibility for the right fit.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Preference for a 6:30am start if possible. Guaranteed 50 hours per week.

DUTIES: Support with child and family's laundry. Keeping a tidy, organized space. Transportation using a personal vehicle. Ordering and bringing in groceries. Healthy meal prep for the child. Collaborating with dishes and kitchen upkeep. Occasionally letting out the dog into yard.

PAY: $32-35/hour, gross, before taxes. Guaranteed weekly rate of $1760-1,925/wk, for 50 hours minimum. Paid vacation, paid holidays & paid sick days!
