Special family in the NORTH SHORE is seeking a compassionate Nanny to join their family, **ASAP!**
Family has a 2 year old and baby #2 due in April 2027. We are searching for immediate care for their sweet boy who has just started ongoing medical treatment. With this, we are looking for a compassionate, truly special nanny that can be relied on, that can help them keep calm in the middle of a tough situation, who will share positive energy and be a shining star for their son. While a medical background is not a requirement, someone that is highly-detailed, observant and focused who practices strong communication with parents. Aiming for a collaborative, comfortable, open partnership and would love to keep this bond for years to come. LONG TERM, 1 year minimum.
REQUIREMENTS: Tap, covid & flu vaccines. Dog-friendly. Must have strong infant experience and toddler experience with stellar references. Driver's license, ability to drive family car.
START: ASAP, slightly flexible.
SCHEDULE: Hours vary from 25-40 hours per week, open to discussing what might best-fit nanny's schedule. All work hours fall between M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm.
Mock Schedule—> Week 1: Mon Off, Tues 12pm-5pm, Wed through Fri 8:30am-5pm. Week 2: Same as above. Week 3: OFF. Week 4: Full schedule of M-F 8:30am-5:00pm or similar. Monthly total of about 110 hours (TBD).
DUTIES: Child-related support as it pertains to meals, laundry. Maintaining a tidy, organized space. Transportation needs are TBD.
PAY: $33-36/hour (gross) for basic nanny care, working as a team with local family members. Set weekly rate of $925-$1,035+ for blended total of 28 hours per week (but work hours vary on a monthly basis).
