*ROTA* Nanny/HM needed in WEST LOOP starting July/Aug!

Physician in WEST LOOP is seeking a FT ROTA Nanny/HM to start around JULY/AUGUST!

Boys are 3 and 1 and are in full-day daycare or preschool each weekday. Dad works a varying schedule on weekdays and weeknights. ROTA schedule would involve a 5-5-2-2 model. (5 days on, 5 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off). Nanny would live-in on the days in which they’re scheduled to work. Private accommodations provided. Searching for skilled, confident, highly-responsible career nanny/household manager that provide dependable care for the boys and keep up with their home. Planning to move from condo into a SFH nearby within 10-min drive within the next 2 months. Looking for someone who will collaborate with the kids’ best interest in mind and who has a steady, warm energy. INTERESTED IN HIRING ASAP.

Long-term commitment, minimum of 1 year. 

REQUIREMENTS: Local to Chicago area. Only apply with verifiable house management experience. Cat-friendly. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY (given schedule 1 month in advance). Driver’s license & safe driving record.

START:  Flexible to start ~July/August.

SCHEDULE: ‍ ‍Shifts would involve 7:00am start, kids sleeping by 8:00pm. Live-in and work 5 days on, 5 days off, 2 on, 2 off, and so on. Working 14-17 days per month (live-in) and then may live off-site.

DUTIES:  Morning and bedtime routine for children. Picking up groceries or ordering deliveries. Meal prep, running errands. Keeping an organized space and stocking essentials throughout the home. Driving family car (provided) to pick up from school.

PAY: ‍ ‍$125,000-$140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Paid vacation, holidays, & sick days. Monthly health care stipend + monthly meal stipend provided.
