Warm and enthusiastic new parents in LINCOLN PARK are looking for a FT Nanny to join their family in early November!
Family has one baby boy who will be 3.5 months old at the start. They are very excited to welcome a trustworthy and friendly teammate. As first-time parents, this is all new to them so we are prioritizing candidates who are nurturing, reliable, and have impressive infant experience.
Family is seeking someone who can provide an engaging, calm, and safe space for their baby- preferably someone who appreciates Montessori principles. Picture activities that respect the child’s developmental stages (plenty of floor/tummy time, reading, singing, narrating the day), fostering independence through play and creating an environment that encourages exploration through hands-on, real-life activities.
Health and wellness are important to the family and they are eager to find a candidate who is open to collaboration and communication regarding science-backed, evidence-driven approaches.
Long-term commitment, minimum of one year, but ideally much longer.
REQUIREMENTS: Fully vaccinated. Impressive infant experience. Highly collaborative when it comes to health and wellness. Fluency in French is preferred.
START: November 5, 2025.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. Guaranteed pay for 40 hours/week.
DUTIES: Washing/sterilizing bottles, baby laundry and occasionally family laundry, tidying play areas and common areas, assisting with food prep for baby as they start to introduce solids.
PAY: $28-30/hr, $1120-1200/wk gross, before taxes.
