Private family in HIGHLAND PARK is seeking a *Temporary* Part-Time Nanny/HM to join their family ASAP!

Family has a 1 year old child and 2 friendly, larger dogs. They are a very open-minded and happy family, inclusive and believe in mutual respect. They are looking for a nanny that will encourage having fun and being silly too. Someone that will be happy to collaborate with mom who primarily stays home but also hopes to reintegrate her part-time work. While this is their first child and everything feels new, we’re looking for a nanny that enjoys the journey of approaching transitions/changes together and with patience. Feeling comfortable and compatible together is key, while also being able to trust this person can take initiative and not need a provided list of tasks. Nanny will likely sign an NDA. Aiming for a 6-month term (likely through February/March), TBD.

REQUIREMENTS: Up to date on standard vaccine (flu, covid, Tdap). Dog-friendly.

START: ASAP, flexible for the right fit.

SCHEDULE: 3 days, ideally Monday, WednesdayandThursdays. Flexible timing, something like 9:00am-4:00pm. Specific weekends needed with advanced notice.

Can guarantee payment for 20-25 hours/week (regardless of exact hours worked).

DUTIES: Support with keeping the household orchestrated which may include pantry/closet organization, light family meal-prepping, and light upkeep. Helping rotate and fold/put away family laundry. Dishes, washing bottle parts. Occasional support with grocery runs or online orders. Letting dogs outside to yard.

PAY:‍ ‍$35-$45/hour. $850-$1,000/week gross, depending on experience level and the total weekly schedule set up from the start. PTO included!
