Friendly, collaborative family in ELMHURST is seeking a FT Nanny/HM to join their family in August!

Family has two children: An almost 3 year old boy and almost 1 year old girl. They are looking for a proactive and engaging nanny/house manager to partner with their family, long-term. Someone confident in working with multiple siblings and managing the different schedules and developmental stages that come with a toddler and a preschooler. Lots of narrating the day, reading, outdoor time and adventures, crafts and sensory activities, and play that helps children kids learn and grow. Their curious and sweet oldest boy is in Montessori school in the AM. Both parents mostly work from home, so great communication and strong initiative in setting boundaries are KEY! Must be very comfortable and experienced with providing engaging childcare and light household maintenance. Family also has two pugs!

REQUIREMENTS: Fully vaccinated. Driver’s license & personal vehicle. Dog friendly.

START: Monday, August 10th, with flexibility for the right fit.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday from 7:30am-5:00pm, guaranteed weekly pay for 47.5 hours/week.

DUTIES: Support with children's laundry and meal prep. Keeping a tidy, organized space when possible. Transportation using a personal vehicle. Ordering and bringing in groceries. Collaborating with dishes and kitchen upkeep.

PAY: $30-32+/hour (gross, before taxes). Guaranteed weekly rate of $1537-1640/week for 47.5 hours. Paid vacation, paid holidays & paid sick days!
