Incredibly kind, down-to-earth family in LOGAN SQUARE is seeking a FT Nanny to join their family ASAP!

This sweet family has a 2.5yo daughter, and their home environment is one that prioritizes curiosity, creativity, imaginative play, and silliness in the day to day. We are seeking a positive, responsible, and active candidate who is a strong and organized communicator and who has a deep passion for relationship-building work. They see their nanny as an essential member of their family unit, and they would value a partner for their family who brings this same kind of “team” energy to the table. Their daughter is active, open, creative, and curious, and they want to encourage this energy, so spending lots of time out and about is so necessary! Parks, libraries, music classes, ballet - you name it! Getting outside, enjoying the fresh air, and continuing to build and nurture community will be greatly appreciated.

Long-term commitment, minimum of 1 year.

REQUIREMENTS:  Must be up to date on standard vaccinations, along with willingness to receive annual flu/covid vaccinations. Driver’s license and clean driving record. Can provide a family vehicle whenever necessary.

START:   ASAP, with some flexibility for the right fit.

SCHEDULE:   Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Guaranteed set weekly pay for 42.5 hours per week.

DUTIES:  Maintaining tidy common areas and play areas throughout each day, child’s laundry, snack/meal prep, organizing/rotating clothes based on seasons and sizes, keeping nursery and diaper bags stocked with the essentials.

PAY:  $30-35/hour (gross, before taxes). Guaranteed weekly rate of $1,312-1,531/week for 42.5 hours.

2 weeks PTO, paid holidays, paid sick days, healthcare stipend!
