Thoughtful, loving parents in WEST LOOP are seeking a FT Nanny/HM to join their family, ASAP!

Family has a 4yo, 2yo and 6 month old (primary care is for infant). They are looking for a highly experienced and engaging nanny to partner with them during a move back to Chicago. Both parents are busy professionals who are seeking a long-term caregiver they can depend on. Big emphasis on collaboration, open communication, and respectful childcare! Looking for a cheerful, well-rounded nanny/house manager who can fill the gaps in terms of the schedule and household tasks while their two oldest children are in school. Someone who is confident in establishing and maintaining routines! Family also has one small dog.

Long-term commitment, minimum of 1 year.

REQUIREMENTS: Dog-friendly! Driver’s license and personal vehicle. Fully vaccinated. Familiarity with food allergies is a plus! Opportunity to travel down the line if candidate has interest!

START: ASAP, with flexibility to prioritize the right fit.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, preference for 1:00pm to 8:00pm, guaranteed 35 hours per week. Flexible with schedule and can increase to 40 hours if needed!

DUTIES: Maintaining tidy common areas and play areas, children’s laundry, snack/meal prep for children, school pickup, occasionally ordering groceries, letting out dog.

PAY: $35+/hour (gross, before taxes). Guaranteed weekly rate of $1225 and up/week for 35 hours/wk. Paid vacation, paid holidays, & paid sick days!
