Private, team-oriented family in HIGHLAND PARK is seeking a FT HOUSEKEEPER to join their family ASAP!

Looking for a detailed, experienced housekeeper who is interested in a long-term opportunity with a professional family. Familiarity working alongside staff is valuable, as you'll be working with both the FT house manager and mother to accomplish a variety of tasks. The focus is on quality, deep cleaning - not speed. Must be familiar with taking care of high-end finishes (using certain products or no products at all, just dusting/vacuuming). Ability to pick up a child from school (pretty infrequently) using the staff vehicle if both mom and house manager are occupied. A collaborative, flexible, and professional attitude is key. Family places high value on work/life balance and therefore incorporates lunch breaks and competitive PTO.

Long-term commitment, minimum of 1 year.

REQUIREMENTS:  Covid & flu vaccines. Cat-friendly. Must have valid driver's license and willingness to drive family vehicle.

START:  ASAP. Flexibility over the next month or so.

SCHEDULE:  Monday-Friday from 7:30/8am to 3:30/4pm. Guaranteed set weekly pay for 40 hours per week.

DUTIES:  Detailed, deep cleaning the home (5,000+ sq ft). (Higher-traffic areas of the home are cleaned weekly, others are rotated). Occasional driving & running errands. Seasonal projects like organizing, packing for donations.

PAY:  $1,400/week, ($35/hr) before taxes. ($72,800 per year, gross). Paid vacation, paid holidays, & paid sick days!
