FT Nanny/HM needed in WEST TOWN starting in June!
Busy family in WEST TOWN is looking for a FT Nanny/HM in early June!
Family has two sweet girls, aged 2.5yo and 4.5yo. This lovely returning NH family is looking for a nanny to join them as their two children are getting older and more active. They are hoping for an organized, energetic caregiver that will guide their girls in their growth. Searching for someone confident in their abilities with the preschool age, who has an impressive in-home nannying and house management background. Their 4.5 yo already goes to school full time, and their youngest will be starting half-days in fall. They are seeking an experienced candidate who is comfortable taking initiative with planning activities for their little ones during summer—parks, playgrounds, classes, and encouraging their exploration. A true go-getter who is ready to jump in and meet this family where they’re at! The role will shift to more household-management focused tasks when the children are in school in fall. Long-term commitment, 2+ years.
REQUIREMENTS: COVID and flu vaccinated. Driver’s license and confident city driver. Spanish-speaking is highly preferred!
START: June 16th, flexible.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. Set pay for 40 hours/week. Hours will likely increase to 45+ hours per week (closer to 8:00am - 5:30pm) in fall to accommodate school schedule.
DUTIES: Children’s laundry; ideally some family laundry as well. Maintaining tidy common areas. Child’s snack and light meal prep. Grocery shopping. General organization around the home, taking initiative with rotating the child’s clothes for the seasons, etc. Option to travel with the family, but not a requirement.
PAY: $28-32/hour, depending on experience. $1120-1280/week, gross. OT offered if hours increase to over 40 hours/wk. Paid vacation, paid holidays, & paid sick days!
