Organized, structured family in RAVENSWOOD is searching for a long-term PT Nanny/Household Manager to begin in ASAP!
Two-dad household has school-aged twin daughters and 2 energetic dogs. Looking for a savvy nanny/household manager who can integrate and uphold various systems. Family just moved in over the summer and have recently renovated throughout, so they’re hoping for a candidate that is determined to “hit the ground running”. The ideal candidate anticipates the family’s needs, spots what needs doing without being asked, and keeps the household running smoothly. Someone with a TYPE A personality would love the autonomy provided in this role! Bonding with their daughters, offering support as a positive role model in their lives is also an important factor. LONG TERM, 1 year minimum.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have professional experience as a household manager. Initiative is essential in this role. CAR REQUIRED (useful for errands on the job), family car will occasionally be available for use. Dog-friendly.
START: ASAP, but flexible through early December.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday from 12/12:30pm-6:30pm. Guaranteed set weekly pay for 30-32.5 hours/week.
DUTIES: Running errands, grocery shopping in-person or ordering deliveries. Ongoing organizational tasks throughout the home. Making returns, running to post office. Transportation for kids after-school activities using family or nanny car. Light cooking. Support with kids’ laundry and meals.
PAY: $45-50/hour (gross, before taxes), depending on experience level & schedule. Guaranteed weekly rate of $1,400-$1,550/week for 30-32.5 hours.
