Welcoming and busy family in EDGEWATER is seeking a Mini Family Assistant to join their family, ASAP!
Family has two children, 2 years old and 5 years old. Parents would value a caregiver/family assistant who is highly proactive, flexible, and engaging, someone who brings a balanced energy to their family and feels confident helping a family stay on top of managing the household. Someone who enjoys providing hands-on, enriching childcare outside of school hours but is ready to jump in with household support tasks; who can "see a need and meet it"! Lots of fluidity with the MFA role for now but can potentially grow into more of a standard PT position (increase in hours) down the line.
REQUIREMENTS: Driver’s license and safe driving record. COVID and flu vaccines.
START: ASAP, with flexibility to prioritize the right fit.
SCHEDULE: Highly flexible with exact schedule. An average of 20 guaranteed hours per week. Example: 2 days house management (flexible, during workday hours 9-5). 1 babysitting night per week (5-11pm). 1-2 overnights per month and 1-2 early morning shifts per month.
DUTIES: Home organization, school pickup in family's car, meal prep, grocery shopping, light household tidying, running errands, returns.
PAY: $38-42/hour (gross, before taxes). Guaranteed weekly rate of $760-840/week for 20 hours.
