Welcoming, down-to-earth family in WINNETKA is seeking a PT Nanny to join their family in JANUARY!

This sweet family has 6-month-old triplets! If you thrive in a home environment that is active and filled with energy and also prioritizes kindness, curiosity, play, and fun - then you’ve landed in exactly the right place! Balancing care for three growing babies requires a great deal of flexibility and stamina, so it’s important to them that their nanny brings an easygoing, “go with the flow” energy to their home. Candidate must have a strong collaborative and team-minded nature, working alongside a SAHM and understanding it will often be the case that mom and nanny work hand-in-hand or “divide and conquer.” However, comfortability with caring for all three babies at times will be a huge benefit.

All in all, this family is filled with so much love, support, openness, and joy! It’s certainly a new journey for them with three little ones, so having a caregiver who will offer peace of mind, empathy, flexibility, and a deep passion for this work will go such a long way for them. Experience with multiples a huge plus. Family also has one cat (no care needed).

Long-term commitment, minimum of 1 year.

REQUIREMENTS:  Cat-friendly! Driver’s license and clean driving record.

START:   Ideally around mid-January 2026.

SCHEDULE:   3 days per week, 8 hours per day (e.g. 9am-5pm), totaling 24 hours/week. Ideally Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to start, with some flexibility to shift weekdays as needed (always with ample notice and discussion) + additional availability needed for shorter weekend shifts from time to time. Guaranteed 24 hours per week.

DUTIES:  Supporting with babies’ laundry. Maintaining tidy common areas throughout the day. Supporting with meal/snack prep for babies down the line. Openness to travel with the family a huge bonus!

PAY:  $35-40/hour (gross, before taxes). Guaranteed weekly rate of $840-960/week for 24 hours per week.

2 weeks PTO, paid holidays, paid sick days!
