Friendly, collaborative family in OAK PARK is seeking a PT Nanny/Household Manager to join their family, ASAP!

Family has a sweet 2 year old girl. They are searching for an engaging and proactive caregiver to provide after school care, who is flexible with shifting needs/duties. Looking for someone thoughtful who will provide a stimulating and fun environment for their child, while also assisting with household tasks as time allows. Family is hoping for their nanny to be an extension of the parents—someone great at communication who can calm the after-school chaos!

Minimum of 1 year commitment.

REQUIREMENTS: Personal vehicle and valid driver's license. Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin speaking is a plus!

START: May 25th, flexible for the right fit.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Guaranteed total of 20 hours per week. Occasional shifting availability with advanced notice is appreciated!

DUTIES: Maintaining tidy common areas and play areas, school pickup, supporting with the child’s laundry, snack and dinner prep for the child, occasional grocery shopping, cleaning up in the kitchen after use, keeping school bag stocked with essentials, etc.

PAY: $34-36/hour (gross, before taxes). Guaranteed weekly rate of $680-720/week for a 20 hour/week baseline schedule.
